GB Soccer School run many classes every single day of the week, in various locations, for different age groups, with multiple coaches. Rather than overload you with information, it’s best to contact us directly for our current availability in your area.
Most classes run for 45 minutes, our private coaching and older group classes run for 1 hour. All of our classes meets once a week and run in 8 week cycles.
All classes have a minimum of 8 participants depending on the ages of the children, and generally not more than 8-12 participants per coach.
Yes! Our classes can fill up fast, so we’re always happy to work with parents in creating a new class. You’d need a minimum of 8 kiddos born within 6-9 months of each other. You can then pick a day, time and location (subject to availability) for your class.
In accordance with our insurance policy, we need to have the enrollment form filled out with the waiver of liability selected before every class/camp you attend. It also provides your coaches with an accurate attendance record, and provides us with important contact information in the unlikely event of an emergency.
We only accept payments via Venmo and Zelle. Please Venmo your payment to @GBSoccerSchool (found under the business tab) or Zelle your payment to info@gbsoccerschool.com. Please do not submit your payment before we have confirmed your kiddos spot in a class and sent you all the class details.
In order to be guaranteed a spot in the class, you are required to sign-up and pay for the full 8 week cycle. A minimum of 8 participants in each session is required in order to cover operating expenses, the cost of park permits, and your professional coach.
If you have started your own private class and there is a date within your cycle that the entire group agrees to skip, please let us know before the start of your cycle and we will skip that week, adding the extra week on to the end. This must be settled prior to the start of the cycle.
Provided there is space available, we are happy to pro-rate any late starters. Please email us with your kiddos date of birth and we can check class availability for you.
If your child is feeling unwell, please keep them home to rest, and to prevent any illnesses being passed on to other participants or your coaches. Occasional absences from class during the cycle have been considered in our pricing structure, and are not able to be credited or refunded. Please contact us in the event of chronic illness or injury, and we will consider your special circumstances.
In the event that extreme weather conditions have made it unsafe to play, you will receive a cancellation email, and that week of the cycle will be skipped. An extra week will be added on the the end of the cycle to make up for this missed class. If the rain is very light, class may go ahead. If you do not hear from us, class is on.
GB Soccer School does not offer refunds or credits.
