Payment for the entire class cycle is to be paid in advance through our website or the link we’ve emailed you. Please email info@gbsoccerschool.com if you are having difficulties registering for a class. Please note that upon purchase, no refunds will be given. We do not offer full or partial refunds or credits of any kind.
Absence from class due to occasional illness, last minute travel plans etc. will not be refunded, and cannot be used as a credit towards another class. Please let us know in advance if you cannot participate in a full cycle of classes as we need a minimum number of full paying attendees to keep the class running.
Classes may be cancelled or skipped in the event of extreme weather conditions at the discretion of GB Soccer School and its coaches. Please note that we play in light rain. In the instances of bank holidays, religious or school holidays, they may be skipped where applicable, and when agreed upon in advance by GB and class participants (this only applies to private sessions). The skipped week will be added to the end of the regular class cycle in the event that a week is cancelled or skipped. We do not offer refunds or credits in the event your child is unable to attend the make up class.
To ensure safety, organization, and a smooth experience for all participants, we have a policy for late arrivals to class. If your child arrives after the class has started, they will be asked to wait on the sidelines until the coach pauses for a water break or transitions to a new activity. This allows the coach to confirm your child is on the class roster and ensures they are safely integrated into the session without disrupting ongoing activities. We kindly ask parents to arrive on time to help minimize interruptions and maximize your child’s participation and enjoyment.
You are welcome to take photographs of our coaches and classes in action, but we do ask to be tagged and identified on any social media platforms. @gbsoccerschool #gbsoccerschool. GB Soccer School reserves the right to use photographs and video taken in classes and camps for their website, newsletters and promotional material.

Attendance must be pre-registered at least 24 hours before the session. Last minute bookings may be available where space permits, but cannot be guaranteed. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
GB Soccer School reserves the right to cancel camp days in the event that extreme weather conditions make it unsafe to play. Families will be notified via their provided email if soccer is cancelled.
Please advise GB Soccer School as soon as possible if you need to withdraw from a Camp or Class. There are no refunds or credits given for cancellations for Camps or Classes with the exception of extenuating circumstances or cancellations due to extreme weather. No refund or credit will be given for play withdraw once payment has been submitted for the Camp or Class.
